Freddie Foreman, better known as Brown Bread Fred was a former associate of the Kray twins. He was a prominent figure in London’s gangland from the 1950s through to the 1980s. He admits to disposing of the body of Kray victim Jack ‘The Hat’ McVitie, and has confessed to countless other murders including those of Frank ‘The Mad Axeman’ Mitchell and Thomas ‘Ginger’ Marks. He has served a total of 16 years in prison.
