A rare and historically significant piece of British underworld memorabilia, this original Albatross Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Co. Ltd. business card has been hand-signed and personally inscribed by Freddie Foreman — a known London gangster, enforcer, and close associate of the Kray Twins. Jimmy Quill was Freddie Foreman’s business partner and previously owned and the infamous ‘Blind Beggar’ public house where Ron Kray shot George Cornell.
Freddie Foreman operated within the same East London criminal circle as Ronnie and Reggie Kray and was widely regarded as an enforcer and is considered by many as the ‘Godfather’ of British Crime.
The reverse of the card features a handwritten personal message, written in ink by Freddie Foreman himself, stating:
“Jim was my good friend and partner – Freddie Foreman”
