‘Big’ Chris Lambrianou was a member of the Kray firm in the 1960’s and was present at the murder of Jack ‘The Hat’ McVitie on October 28th 1967, Along with his younger brother Tony Lambrianou, he received a sentence of life imprisonment with a recommendation to serve at least fifteen years when he stood in the dock with the Krays in 1969 A career criminal, after serving his fifteen years in prison for helping to dispose of McVitie’s bodym Lambrianou was determined to go straight and worked at The Ley Community, a drug rehabilitation centre in Oxford.
