In the document, Charlie states that he unhappy with his treatment regarding phone calls to his eventual wife, her appearance the BBC show ‘Loose Women’., and correspondence between himself and Rose West. It reads as follows:
I AM BEING WARNED ABOUT MY PHONE CALLS ABOUT WHAT I DISCUSS WITH MY PARTNER OWING TO A RECENT STORY IN THE PRESS ABOUT ROSE WEST SENDING ME A LOVE LETTER, AND MY PARTNER ON LOOSE WOMEN.
I HAVE NOT ABUSED ANY PHONE CALL. THERE IS NO RULE IN ME DISCUSSING ANYTHING THAT IS NOT AGAINST SECURITY. AND MY PARTNER GOING ONTO LOSE WOMEN IS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU LOT – SO KEEP YOUR NOSES OUT OF HER LIFE. YOU DONT CONTROL HER – WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?
SECURITY’S PURPOSE IS TO STOP ME ESCAPING OR DISCUSSING CRIME, NOT GETTING ALL WORKED UP OVER ROSE WEST. IT’S PATHETIC ON YOUR PART.
YOU SHOULD BE STOPPING SERIOUS THINGS LIKE DRUGS, OR RACIAL MATTERS, OR ACTS OF VIO;ENCE, OR ESCAPE PLOTS, OR SUICIDES. – NOT WORRYING ABOUT ROSE WEST.

STOP COMING TO MY CAGE DOOR HARASSING ME AND VICTIMISING MY PARTNER. OR I WILL PERSONALLY GO OUT OF MY WAY AND ‘EXPOSE’ THIS DIRTY LITTLE LITTLE GAME YUOR PLAYING (COZ I’VE DONE NO WRONG).

He is an outsider artist; Bronson’s paintings and illustrations of prison and psychiatric hospital life have been publicly exhibited and won him multiple awards.
